Kleindienst Group, a real estate developer, has announced the creation of Floating Seahorse Villas as part of their Heart of Europe project on The World, a group of manmade islands off the coast of Dubai, shaped to resemble the continents of the Earth.

3. Upper Level: At the top, a glass-bottom hot tub allows guests to enjoy stunning views of the sea below and Dubai's skyline in the distance.

Beyond the incredible views, the villas are designed for ultimate comfort and convenience. Visitors will enjoy Wi-Fi, television, and butler service. Additionally, 90 villas will be connected to the heart-shaped St. Petersburg Island, ensuring guests are never too isolated.

A Vision Realized

The Floating Seahorse villas are part of The World project, which will feature "European" islands, each with climate-controlled environments. The first 42 villas have already been sold, and construction is set to wrap up by the end of 2016. The full development of 131 villas is expected to be completed by 2018.
